John Dunn Gourmet Dining Room

The John Dunn Gourmet Dining Room, as its name suggests, offers four-course dinners prepared and served by Culinary Arts students. The dinner courses are expertly paired with wine. The cost is TBD plus tax per person, and we accept cash and credit cards only.

We will be open for dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings in Spring 2025. Please check for dates in early February 2025. We will be taking reservations from 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., with 6:45 p.m. being the last reservation time.  

Reservations are mandatory and space is limited. We do not take tables over 6 people, and we are limited to one table of up to 6 people a night.  Please note that this is an instructional lab for our Advanced Culinary students, and large tables are not conducive to a learning environment. We appreciate your understanding of this in advance.
